Payment Terms

Payment must be received within 10 calendar days of purchase.We accept international money orders, certified cashiers cheques and Visa, Mastercard and American Express via the www.paypal.com website.You no longer need to sign up for Paypal to pay for an item.Paypal has revised their payment systems to allow non-account holders to pay directly through them without a Paypal account. All prices and sales are in US dollars. Only US currency is accepted. We do not accept COD orders. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.

Layaway Plan

We offer a layaway plan for all items. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the item with the balance payable within 60 calendar days after purchase date. Layaway request form is available from the drop down menu above.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide and all shipments are charged at actual cost.We usually ship within 72 hours of receipt of payment except where weekends or holidyas occur.we provide shipping discounts for multiple purchases . All fixed rate shipping quotes that may appear in our listings apply to the continental USA and Canada.

we usually ship via Courier or canada post Expedited Service which usually takes about 7 business days to the continental USA and canada.Canada Post insurance only covers loss of oarcel but not damage. Other shipping methods are available at additional cost. all shipments are professionally packaged and insured.

The company will not be liable for any damage or loss of the item in shipping except where insurance covers such loss or damage. No refund will be made in case delivery is not made due to incorrect shipping address.

Representations at Auctions

We regularly represent clients at auctions who cannot personally attend or who wish to remain anonymous.many clients prefer our counsel and advice prior to purchase and otehrs simply wish to take advantage of our auction bidding experience to secure items at the price that offers the best valuefor money.we will apprise clients of any condition issues that may effect whether a bid should be put forward. we charge a competitive fixed commission fee only on successful purchases.

Returns & Refunds

We will accept returns and proivide a full refund, only if an item has been misrepresented in a material way.We must be notified of any intention to return an item within 48 hours of receipt of the item and we must receive the item within 7 business days.Returned items must be in the same unaltered, uncleaned, unchanged condition as they were shipped.Any modification to the item will void the return policy. Notification by email is required before any return is authorized. Please note that all items are fully documented, photographed , identified and secretely marked to prevent the practice of "switching". Any item that is puported to be a return and is not the genuine original article that was sold and shipped will be kept and not returned without any compensation to the buyer.

We accept no liability express or implied for the shooting safety of any firearm sold as a collector's item.if you have a question about the safety of a firearm, you should see a licensed gunsmith for a safety inspection. we do not purchase or sell modern working firearms or ammunition on this website.
